To give you a taste for several years out of 2 separate plots, we have worked these 2 vines while respecting the specifications for viticulture biological.
We vinified these 2 plots together to create our new Champagne
“Les Deux Terres”.
Blend : 65% Meunier – 35% Pinot Noir
Dosage : Brut Nature
Wine / Meal Accompaniment : sweetbread / shoulder of lamb confit / rabbit with mustard
