This champagne is made during a year when the balance sugar / acidity is optimal between the 3 grapes varieties, an ageing of more than 4-5 years which amplifies its buttered side, its material and its length.


Blend: 1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Pinot Meunier

Dosage : 8 g/L

Wine / Meal Accompaniment: Aperitif, during the meal with white meats
